FAQs
What is included in the rental price? Each rental quote automatically includes tables (round and banquet), black or white table covers (spandex), black or white linen napkins, black banquet style chairs, 12ftx16ft stage, and an Event Lead who will reach out two weeks prior to your event day to confirm floor plan, setup needs, and who will stay on site during your event to ensure venue logistics run smoothly.
Can I bring outside food/beverages? Due to licensing, On Broadway & Bridgewater Place requires that all events use our in-house catering & bar services. We will order the requested alcohol for each event and bill the client. You may view our sample menus here. *Nonprofits may bring in donated alcohol with proof of 501(c)3, permit, & approval from our team.
Can I bring in my own décor? Yes! In keeping with most venues, we simply require no glitter, no helium balloons, no confetti, no silly string, and nothing placed on our walls. Please ask your sales representative if you have specific décor questions or needs.
What is a service charge? A Service is Charge is simply the fee for all service staff and operational expenses associated with a catered event.
How late into the evening can I rent the facilities? All events have a cut off time at midnight.
Can I bring in my rentals/décor the day before my event? On Broadway hosts multiple events throughout the week, so we cannot guarantee delivery or drop-offs the day before your event without an additional charge. Please ask your sales team member if you have additional questions.
What is a damage deposit? The damage deposit is a refundable deposit, typically given to us by check or credit card number for us to place in your file in the event of any damages that occur to our facilities during your event. In most cases, this deposit remains un-charged to your account and will only be used if damages have been assessed.
